Return Policy

NON SALE ITEMS: If you are unsatisfied with your item/s you have purchased, you may return the item for a store credit or refund within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Unless the item is defective the product must not be worn, washed, or otherwise altered. All products must be returned in original condition with tags attached and swimwear must also have the sanitary liner. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns for final sale items.

To proceed with your return please follow the below steps:

1. Go to our website and click on the “RETURNS” link at the bottom of our website or enter into your web browser

2. Enter in your order PO Number (should be a 4 digit number) and email address. Your order details will show, proceed to creating your request

3. Select the item/s you wish to return and enter the reason for your return and if you would like a refund, exchange or store credit. If you have any notes such as the size you wish to exchange for or images that you want to attach (for defective items) please feel free to do this here. 

4. Submit your request and you will receive an email containing your RA number. 

5. Fill out the returns form with your information and include this inside your return package. 

6. Return your package to the address listed on your returns form using a reliable courier service of your choice.

Note that unfortunately, we cannot accommodate return pre-paid shipping labels at this time.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: We do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns for final sale items. No exceptions. All final sale items can be seen on our "sale page" or shows a red " FINAL SALE" banner on the image.
