Shipping Policy


We are focused on keeping our community and our team safe by following the most updated COVID-19 prevention guidelines. All orders will be processed and delivered, but not at the speed you are used to from us. There will be a shipping delay of up to 2-3 weeks.


Orders placed on the website can be shipped to the US only. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48 business hours. Items are shipped via FedEx. You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If package status shows delivered and you didn't receive the item, all claims must be made with the designated carrier.


Our transit times are based on FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
Free Standard Ground Shipping: 1-5 Business Days on all orders over $80.00.  If your order is under $80.00 you will pay $7.99

2-Day Shipping:  Orders will need to be placed by 1pm EST for your order to ship same day.  There will be no exceptions for this.  Orders placed on a Friday for 2-day shipping will not arrive until Tuesday.
